Who Am I?

Who Am I?

I am under 45 years old,
I love the outdoors,
I hunt,
I am a Republican reformer,
I have taken on the Republican Party establishment,
I have many children,
I have a spot on the national ticket as vice president with less than two years in the governor's office.

Who Am I?

  • Teddy R.! Or Sarah Palin.

BTW, it was awesome meeting you on Tuesday at the debate.

  • Teddy R. was also Assistant Secretary of the Navy, under McKinley, prior to being Gov. of New York for two years. Kind of makes that "Mayor of Wassila" experience seem kind of... well... trivial.

  • Roosevelt was 42 when he was on the ticket in 1900, not 45.

  • Craig - you are correct 42 when he was on the ticket per his official White House bio.

You trivialize mayoral experience Jason, but you should not. They are the closest to the people and deal with a whole host of issues that would flummox most Senators!

  • Stating that Teddy was much more qualified than Palin, and thus a fairly poor comparison for you to make has nothing to do with trivializing mayoral duties.

It's just a simple fact. He was involved in national issues prior to nomination. Mayors rarely are.

    It's a weak supposition.

  • Jason, what's more National (and international) than Energy?

  • Mayors rarely are.
    Governors, however...
