Freedom Minutes
Jason Lewis and Minnesota Majority have a new ad out that is a killer!
This is a video version of the state wide radio campaign that Minnesota Majority launched today! MM also has an online petition that you can sign if you are interested.
If you want to know more about some of the pitfalls of Universal health care, you can read my posts here, here, here, here, here and here. The bottom line is that while health care reform is needed, universal health care is not the answer. The market can and will work, if we the people allow it to happen and do the work necessary to allow it to happen.

My husband is a disabled police officer. The state was supposed to fully fund health insurance for the families of disabled police, but they have not done so - if they won't even help us, what makes anyone think that the state could make health care work for the entire state?
We also spent 3 years in a socialized medicine environment, when my husband was an army officer overseas. We had rationed health care, to the point that our oldest child has permanent hearing damage, because he never did get on the waiting list to see a specialist. All I can say is "no thank you" to socialized medicine.

Every time I get into this debate with a supporter of government run health care I simply utter two words....
VETERANS ADMINISTRATION! Anyone who as ever had to deal with the VA Health system knows what a farce it is.
Wendy, I'm sure you know this, but your husband is a hero! I know words don't make up for the lack of support from the state, but it needs to be said.
Thanks for stopping by.

If they are the Minnesota "Majority" why are they working so hard to supress the vote?

How about a little PROOF of that allegation my anonymous "friend". It has already been shown that the allegations by "non-partisan" Secretary of State do not match the TESTIMONY of the person making the charges against MM.
