I am posting this for my friend Richard, who seemed to doubt the veracity of Governor Jindal's anecdote about his day after Katrina interaction with Sheriff Harry Lee.

Thanks for the shout out. Now explain how then-Congressman Jindal managed to be in Baton Rouge (which is well documented), while simultaneously standing side by side with Sheriff Lee in Jefferson Parish, 75 miles away (as Jindal and others have claimed).
Was it the Heisenberg uncertainty principle?
Actually, we have been given a logical explanation by Gov. Jindal's own staff. He wasn't in Jefferson Parish when the boat rescues were taking place. Days later, Jindal overheard Lee telling the story to someone else. And Jindal retold the story he'd been told while inserting himself into it as part of the story.

Very heartwarming video. It fails, however, to address what your friend is probably referring to.
